Market sources thought it was just more empty talk. Meanwhile, Tehran said its controlled area is now being extended to Fujairah, while Iranian media also claimed missiles had struck a US warship near Jask Island – a claim US officials reportedly denied. Brent had a rollercoaster morning, from $109 all the way to $114 and back again at the $111 handle all in less than 40 minutes!
