Hengli gets sanctioned over the weekend, while there is no progress between the US and Iran

What a waste of time! The Americans didn’t even turn up and the Iranians only wanted to speak to the Pakistanis. More proposals and counterproposals are being bandied back and forth with no actual progress. So the Strait remains closed, supply is still choked off and the world continues to suffer.
