Dubai goes crazy after another methodology change!

Hurried backtracking and hasty Platts U-turns have the Dubai market in a tizzy. Platts suspended the ‘Quality Adjustment’ that applied to Murban when it prices below the other Dubai benchmark grades – which was only introduced in January. This means Murban can, once again, set the Dubai print, being the most competitive grade.
