Xi and Trump continue to play nice and the varying fortunes of oil producers

The Xi-Trump meeting was cordial and well-choreographed. The White House claimed China even agreed Iran can’t have a nuclear weapon. A US admiral reckons they’ll also take a generation to rebuild the Iranian navy and 90% of Iran’s drone and missile capabilities have been knocked out. Sounds implausibly high. Dated is getting higher again too. CFDs strengthened down the curve following yesterday’s bounce and the DFL kept climbing to $5.75/bbl too.
